February 2nd 2023 had Florence Agogo who is the Vice President LAWSAN leading young Nigerians on a Permanent Voter Card (PVC) sensitization campaign.
According to her, the PVC remains the only valid and potent voice of the citizenry. During the campaign, she urged all those who are yet to collect their Permanent Voters Card to do so, preparatory to the upcoming elections.
